My friend Kelly and I were talking the other day about how when people ask you, "How was your week?" a common answer is, "Good. Busy." but then when they ask what you did you really can't think of all that much to say. Well, this week, I really have been busy!
Here is a short list into some of what I have done. (I know that some of you will read this and not think there is too much on this list, but for me, it has been a pretty busy week.)
Sunday -
Service, lunches, go back and forth between Providence and Butler to do all my normal Sunday things, come home, clean up a little, small group
Monday -
Gym, Dentist appointment, pick up Alyse from Tammy's house, time with Josh since it was his day off, date night (movie), stayed up till after midnight having "Date Night" with McKenzie.
Tuesday -
Gym, Lunch with Holly, spent the rest of the day with my friend Joy and her family (carpool, homework, dinner, tball practice, etc.), started my weekly cooking, work on some church stuff
Wednesday -
Worked out at home, finished my weekly cooking, cleaned the house, Target, Harris Teeter, my parents and a guest arrived to spend the night, organize some church stuff
Thursday -
UNLEASH conference in Anderson
*I could write a whole blog on today, but all I can say is:
- I love my Pastor. (I am in the circle!)
- I love my Dad. (It was nice to spend some time with you, Daddy.)
- I really enjoyed Perry Noble and Newspring, and it was an honor to be there.
- I also love my church, (I know ya'll know that already!)
- I am very tired. (I am not a morning person so getting up at 4 am was horrible, but the day was worth it.)
- I also have to say that I'm sorry to all those people at the conference who thought that Elevation is full of crazy and annoying people. Trust me, if you were part of the church, you would start screaming and wearing bright teal t-shirts too.
Friday -
In the plans I have a lunch date with my friend Lori. I also need to run by a store or two. I would like to go to the gym, and I have to get my Friday Friend post up.
Right now, I am going to bed!
