This week has been one of those weeks that have flown by. It has seemed so busy, but if you asked me what I did, I would just say, "Oh, just stuff." Somehow that "stuff" has worn me out for the week.

I did finish decorating. (I promise I will put up pictures!) I think that I am missing a box of decorations though because there are two or three things that I know are missing. (I was very pregnant last year and Josh boxed everything up for me while I was at school one day.) I am sure that it is somewhere!

Alyse also went to her first birthday party this week. (Well, she has been to Emma Grace and Mac's parties, but that is like a family birthday.) Austin Corbett turned 1 on Friday! Happy Birthday! It was so cute to see all the babies that Alyse will be growing up with at their first birthday party. I hope that they will have many more fun parties to come.

We also got to spend some time with Brad and Tammy this weekend. They brought up pizza last night. We had a great time just hanging out and talking. They always make me laugh.

Normally at this time of the weekend update I would tell you about how awesome church was today, but, well, I wasn't there. (I did heard that it was awesome though. Over 140 people were saved! Sounds pretty good to me!) I was not there because I was at the Matthews Children's Clinic. Yes, Alyse is sick again!

She had a small temperature yesterday, but by this morning it had gone up to 105.8 degrees. I called the doctor and took her right over to the office. They checked her out and gave her a second round of (stronger) antibiotics, which her daddy had them flavor like bubble gum. (He is so funny!) She is also on a routine of Tylenol then Motrin every 3 hours.

She really is such a good baby when she is sick. (Well, she really is good all the time.) She hardly cries. She just sleeps a lot and wants to cuddle when she is awake. She has small conversations and smiles at me, Josh, and Bo (of course). She is happy as long as she is being held. I just hope that she will be able to fight off whatever it is.

Well, I better go. I hear a "Mamamamama" and a "Stephanie" from the next room. Apparently I am needed by two of my favorite people.
