Growing up, we didn't really celebrate Halloween. We did dress up and went to "Fall Festival", but I have never in my life been Trick-or-Treating. It wasn't that my parents thought Halloween was "EVIL", we just celebrated it in a different way. Tomorrow is Danielle and my birthday, so we just always had a two day birthday celebration. (There is two of us!)
Anyway, I was kinda looking forward to going out tonight with friends, but that isn't happening. I am still at home with Alyse who had a temp of 104.4 last time I checked. I have talked to the nurse again. She still encouraged me to stay home and wait until tomorrow to make an appointment. They just keep saying, "Give it 24 hours."
So, there will be no pumpkin costume tonight. (After she fells better, I'll put her in it just to get a good picture.) At least she got to wear her strawberry costume to playgroup yesterday.
