Ok, I lied. Nothing has really gone back to normal. (Come to think of it, I really don't know what "normal" is, but that is ok.)
Tuesday night was a great meeting at church. (Well, besides the fact that I completely embarrassed myself, but I am going to forget about that!) I love going to meetings and hearing about what the Lord is doing in and through Elevation. It is such an exciting thing to be a part of.
Wednesday, I went and met my parents and gave them a little present to take home with them. They were so excited to be taking Alyse home with them for a few days. They said it had been "forever" since they had seen her. (Um...more like 2 weeks.) So, Alyse went to spend a few days with them.
Yesterday, I did NOTHING! Well, I went to the gym and then I watched a whole bunch of those shows that I DVRed from the Style network, but that is about it. It was very nice.
Today, I worked out, had lunch with my Lori, went and had my hair done (I was a little adventurous and got it cut the shortest it has ever been.), then I went tanning (which I haven't done in FOREVER), and had my nails done. It was a total "me" day!
I feel a little spoiled that I have had two days to just do whatever I have wanted to. I guess I am going to enjoy it!
Tomorrow, Josh and I were suppose to spend the day together and celebrate a special day for us, but it looks like Josh isn't going to be able to get off. (Sadness!!!!) We had planned an overnight get away, but I guess it isn't going to happen. Oh well!
