Typically on Tuesdays, and if I don't get everything done, Wednesdays, I am in the kitchen cooking away. I use those days to make Josh's meals for the entire week. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and usually desserts too.) I average about 2 breakfast meals, 6 to 8 lunch and dinner meals, and 1 dessert. It is really nice because he just pulls out a pre-organized Glad ware container, grabs a fork and napkin, and he is on his way. His only responsibility is to put the empty container and silverware in the dishwasher when he comes home.

Here was his menu for this week:
Breakfast -
Cinnamon Crumb Cake
Blueberry Streusel Muffins

Lunch/Dinner-
Pulled Pork BBQ
Lasagna
3 cheese chicken with noodles, broccoli, and carrots
Shrimp Scampi (with peas)
Spaghetti
Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas with rice
Roast Beef with potatoes and carrots
Teriyaki Chicken with potatoes

Dessert-
Walnut Brownies
Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oreo crust
