I wanted to share with you all the story of a friend of mine. Actually, she is a good friend of a good friend. (Does that make sence?)
Some of my family's closest friends, Joy and Doug, are adopting a baby from China. (We have been waiting a very long time for Sarah Mei to come and join our family.) During this process, Joy met another lady who lives right down the road. Dana and her husband, Jeff, are also adopting a baby from China, and have also been going through the process of adopting another baby girl from Vietnam. Well, even though we are still waiting for the Chinesse adopitions to hurry through, Jeff and Dana left on Saturday to go get their new baby, Maia Faith, from Vietnam. They will be gone for 3 weeks. Please pray for them, and their 3 other children who will stay here in NC waiting for their return.
