That was a sentence that was on one of the Christmas cards that I got in the mail today. So far, it seems pretty fitting.
It really has been a warm holiday season! I can't believe that it is 80 degrees outside! It doesn't feel like it is Christmas time. I hope that this warm weather doesn't last. The weather reports say that it should be back to the 40s by this weekend. Yay! I want to wear some of those new sweaters that I have gone and bought!
I do have to say that the warm weather was nice today. We had play group today at the park. It was good to see everyone. I feel like since Alyse has been sick that I have not had much social interaction. I was glad to talk to people face to face, not over the phone or computer. I also think it is fun to watch Alyse interact with other kids. She basically just watches them. She is still to little to play, but I think she has fun being entertained by all the other kids.
