Today was a good Saturday. Here is some of the stuff we did.

Danielle is so freaking out right now!!!! :) She hates feet.
Lunch - After our pedicure, we went to go our nails done. I am sure that the people at Stool Pigeons thought we were crazy. Danielle and I asked for a table for two. Soon Emma Grace and Joy stopped in to see us. (They were on a Qdoba run, which is next door.) Then Josh came to drop off Alyse. So our table for two quickly had 6 people surrounding it.
Shopping- We then headed to Concord Mills. It was fun. Danielle bought more than I did. (I told you I would behave myself, Josh.) I did buy myself a pair of jeans, and of course we got some stuff for Alyse. She is too easy to shop for. There are so many cute outfits for baby girls! (I think Josh wants a boy next time just so I won't buy so much clothes.) When we were at Gymboree, there was this lady that apparently thought she was some kind of VIP. She had all 3 of the sales girls running around. It was crazy.
I bought this outfit. My favorite part is the red shoes, and of course the headband. So cute!
I also bought a onesie that says "Nobody puts Baby in the corner". HA- So funny (Josh loves that line. For those of you who don't know, it is from the movie Dirty Dancing.)
After the shopping, I came home. I put my precious baby girl to bed. (She is so good. A lady at the mall said she was the cutest thing she had seen all day.)
Here is your picture, Mom:

After I put the baby to bed, I talked to Maria (Josh's sister) on the phone. She just took her Bar exam this week. She is so happy to be done. Now she is starting to plan her next adventure. (I can't keep up with her!)
Now that my day is done, I am going to watch some TV and wait for Josh to get home. (He just called and he is "sitting on the perimeter". I guess there was some robbery/chase. So I guess that means he is going to be late.) I would cuddle with the dog, but at this moment, he is sitting and guarding Alyse's door. (This is a new thing that he has started to do almost every night. I am not sure why he feels it is necessary, but I think it is cute. He loves her!)

July 29, 2007 at 7:03 PMThat bottle picture is SO cute! Megan does that ALL the time. It really is nice to have time away from the baby. But at the end of the day I always seem to not be able to wait to get to my baby.
