An anonymous person told me that I don't talk about my sister enough on my blog. So, here I go. I have an older sister named Danielle. She is 2 minutes older. Yes, that is right. We are twins. They say that the more dominate twin is usually the first born. For us, that is basically true. Danielle was always the LOUDER and more out going one. She is also an entertainer. She loves to talk to people (even strangers) and make people laugh. Danielle was always the one who was in trouble, but Mom and Dad say that usually it was my fault. Apparently I helped to create all the ideas, but Danielle actually had the guts to do whatever adventure was planned. As we were growing up, we were pretty close. We had a lot of the same friends and liked a lot of the same things. We have always had little inside jokes and make each other laugh. Once we got older, we started to do our own things and grew into two different people. We were no longer "The Twins", we were "Danielle and Stephanie". This created some ups and downs in our relationship, but we have now formed a great, friendly, sisterly bond. We laugh really hard together (usually at my Mom and Dad, Josh, or any random thing that we find funny). We also have a good time just hanging out, watching tv, or talking (trust me, Danielle has a lot of stories that she shares). We still are very different, (She is the uptown Charlotte girl who has a professional job where she wears her high heels each day and "lunches". I am the stay at home mommy in Indian Trail who wears my flip flops and fixes lunches.) but we have learned to appreciate the different lives that we live. She might think that my life is boring, and I might not agree with each and everything she does, but we both know that we are each other's best friend. We always support each other and can cry together, talk about anything, laugh at everything, or just sit quietly (which for Danielle isn't very long.) So, Danielle, if you are reading this, know that I love you and always pray the best for you. You are beautiful inside and out and are very special!
