Bo

This post is going to be very difficult for me. I have already walked away crying 3 times. But I have to get it over with.....

Today was a very sad day for Josh and I. As many of you know, we have a dog that Josh, Alyse and I LOVE named Rocky Balboa, better known as "Bo". Well, today at about 2:15pm, Josh had to take him to the vet to have him put down.

While we were in Atlanta last night, we got a phone call from my mom. I guess that Bo was in his crate. Danielle leaned down to look in on him and for some reason he bit her. We don't know why, and I guess we never will.

It was a VERY hard decision, but Josh and I both knew that he had to be put to sleep. This is very sad for me, but Josh is taking it very hard. Bo was really Josh's best friend.

Josh and I have both gone through many emotions and tears. All I can say is that we are so sorry that this happened.

    Wow, Stephanie. I am so sorry for you and Josh's loss. You know we went through this 2 years ago and it was like losing a part of our family. You guys will be in my thoughts and prayers.

    So sorry to hear this. It's never easy to lose a pet, I'm sure that was a difficult decision.

    Hey guys.. so sorry to hear about Bo. I know how animals can become part of the family and losing them is like losing someone close to you. Keep your head up!

    Steph and Josh - My heart is breaking with you. I know this was a difficult decision but I hope you know it was right. Yet - it is not easy. A part of my past you probably do not know is my childhood dog - Duke. I had to face a similar decision when I was a teenager ready to leave for college. Though this does not compare to your decision today. My tears flowed for you both and Alyse this evening.
