The Original Because of Love

All day yesterday, I sat and watched the rain outside of our beach house window. It was a little sad. Josh and I had tried to go out even though it was cloudy, but it didn't last very long because the dark clouds started rolling in, along with the thunder, lightning, wind, and big rain drops. Eventually we all decided that we were going to head into town because what is a trip to the beach without going to WAVES?! We did a little shopping and then headed next door to Andy's for some burgers, fries, and ice cream. Alyse now has a great love for cheese fries. (She is definitely my daughter!)

When we returned home we had a fun family game night. (I am awesome at Disney's Scene It!)

This morning I was a little nervous because there were still some dark clouds in the sky. Again, Josh, Alyse, and I headed out anyway. By lunch time the sun had come out and it ended up to be a beautiful day. We had lots of fun building sand castles, flying a kite, and playing in the waves.

Tomorrow is our last beach day. (Sadness!) Hopefully the sun will make an appearance again tomorrow.
