This morning we closed on "Josh's House". All the papers are signed, we delivered the keys, and the whole process is done! Yay!
I am very excited. We walked away with a good amount of money. A little less than we thought, but that is ok. We are basically debt free now, are able to give to the Dominate campaign, and have enough left over for our anniversary trip in August.

That is Josh and Alyse celebrating the other day when we went to take our "after" pictures at the house. I will do my celebrating later when the check is deposited in our bank account. ;) Kidding....maybe
