I have known Josh for almost 12 years now. (For those of you who don't know, we started dating in high school. We were friends for 2 years before we started dating- 10 years together!)

As long as I have known him, he has always had some sort of uniform.

First of all - The H.S sports uniforms
Josh played Basketball, Football, and ran Track in High School. Here are some pictures of him from back in the day. (*Note that he is smiling in all the pictures. I know that most sport pictures you are suppose to have your game face on, but I always made him smile. )
Then - His college Basketball uniform (My personal favorite!)

Josh was the Co-Captain of the Men's Basketball team at Indian Wesleyan University. I have always loved Josh in his basketball uniform! I think he looks so cute! I loved going to games and walking around campus with him. Trust me - there were many groupies, but we let the rest of the boys worry about them!

Finally - The Police Uniform

Believe it or not, I don't really see Josh in his police uniform very often. He usually leaves our house and comes home in his "real uniform" - a UNC t-shirt and jeans or an IWU basketball shirt and basketball shorts. But when he comes home in his uniform or I go out to meet him, I think he is just so handsome!

The bad thing is his chest is rock hard because of his vest. You also can't hug him because there is a gun on one side, a taser on the other, and then a bunch of other things like bullets, handcuff, his radio, ect all around his belt. Trust me, hugs and kisses aren't very comfortable.

So, as you can see he has had many uniforms in the past 12 years, but no matter what uniform my man is in, I love him very much!

Has that man aged a DAY in the past decade? It doesn't look like it!

Funny you should post this now...about a week or so ago, I was going through pictures and found a picture of Josh, Jonathan, you and me after a football game. It seems like there were another one with a couple of other "church kids" in it too.

Dustin and I have been together 10 years in March, it's crazy isn't it? That's like more than 1/3 of my life! It just doesn't seem possible!

    Take care!
