The Original Because of Love

Sundays are my favorite day of the week. They are also my busiest day of the week, but I love it! I love them because:

• Church - I love Elevation! It is freakin' awesome. (Do I sound like Pastor Steven?) It is amazing to me to see what God has done, and is still doing. Each week is so exciting. I not only get to hear an awesome message (that always keeps my attention and teaches me something), I also get to have a worship experience like none other. Last night we had an Evening of Praise and Worship. I love when we get together to have these. I can not put into words how much they mean to me. You don't realize how amazing it is to lift up your hands, sing your heart out, and bask in the glory of God.


• I get to serve- I love my responsibilities that take care of on Sundays. Both Josh and I are so honored that we can help backstage. Josh loves being part of Pastor Steven's crew. We both come home each Sunday happy (and tired).

• Friends- I love to see people at church. There are so many wonderful people that God has put into our lives. Having a short conversation with a friend, or just a wave, makes me so happy. We also go to small group. I love the people in our small group. We feel so lucky to be in relationships with these awesome people. We thank God for them!
• Seeing Josh - Sundays is one of Josh's days off. I know that each Sunday we get to have lunch together and then relax in the afternoon. It is so nice to be able to just be together.

As Larry would say... only 6 more days to the best day of the week.
